Green Clay and White Clay

Hello girls!

In this post I wanted to talk about green clay and white clay . Some time ago I've been using this clay for masks me, I do instead of buying the home.

clays are used to cleanse the skin and also if we use in type mask (as it dries) help our skin as it absorbs dirt and oils and making the most of all properties clay.

I am going to discuss the benefits and to serve these two types of clays:

GREEN CLAY

( I use one I bought at the brand herbal SAKAI green clay which is ventilated)

This clay is ideal for combination skin-fat.

is a clay Multipurpose (used to eliminate black spots, treat pores., purify the skin ..). It has immense properties and minerals (aluminum, iron, magnesium, calcium ...). It has a purifying effect (cleanses the skin deep) and antibacterial.

WHITE CLAY

( I use one I bought at the brand herbal A. VOGEL )

is ideal for combination skin dry and dull.

have detoxifying properties, antibacterial, and healing, helps in cell regeneration of our skin and is good to remove impurities and dead cells of our skin. Luminous and has a tightening effect.

There are other types of clay: the yellow (for dry skin), red ... Some clays are very hard to find, the most common is the green clay.

how does a homemade clay mask?

This type of mask we can do once a week or every 10 days.

This:

We took a spoonful into a glass and clay (we have 2 possibilities to mix, or mix it with 2 tablespoons water or 2 tablespoons infusion-).

The infusion may be:

• Manzanilla (calms and clears)
• Thyme (disinfect and clean the skin)
• Mint Pennyroyal (gives smoothness and elasticity to the skin)
• Horsetail (heals and remineralizing)

We mix all the tea into a cup and make an infusion with all plants mentioned or choose one or two them or just add water only.

mix the clay with two tablespoons infusion or water which we found prepared in another vessel, stir with wooden spoon until homogeneous whole and we apply it all over my face (which should be clean and dry) with a brush.

Leave for 15-20 minutes and once after that time, rinse with a sponge and warm water.

VERY IMPORTANT: tools and glass that we use must be made of glass, clay, porcelain or wood. NEVER HAS TO BE OF METAL or PLASTIC AS CONTACT WITH METAL OR PLASTIC MAKES CLAY PROPERTIES disappears.

This is a question we have ever done, "what we first moisturizer or sunscreen?

Many people say that should put moisturizer before the protective and others say must be done in reverse, first the protective and moisturizing then, what we were then?.

I think the best way would use moisturizer first and then throw us protector solar.
